DH801 perform excellently on physical and chemical properties. The result of coating glossiness, heat resistance, chemical resistance and plugging effect are almost to perfect while in use for manufacturing high precious double-sided and multi-layer PCB. General Process Flow Chart
1. Ink Mixing
Shelf environment:20-25℃, 50-65% RH
Two-liquid mixture: mining time 10-20mins. Holding time 20mins.
2. Pre-treatment
Mechanical brushing or acid treatment/ Physical or chemical pre-treatment
3. Screen printing
a. Use nylon, polyester or stainless steel screen for printing
b. 90-110 mesh/Inch
c. Rubber/Polyurethane(PU) squeege with the hardness of 60-70°.
d. Pringing Angle:60-75°
e. Film thickness: wet film 30-40µm, dry film:15-25µm
4. Precure
First side:75±5℃ 15-20 min
Second side: 75±5℃,30-35 minutes
5. Exposure
Energy required from 300-500mj/cm2 ,Photographic sensitivity:300-500µm
(Photosensitivity:6-11 steps.)
6. Development
By 0.9%~1.2% sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) solution.
Spraying pressure 2.0~2.5kg/ cm2
Temperature 30-32℃
Time:60-90 sec.
7. Post curing
For air circulation oven:155±5℃ x 50-60 min
*** Additional lower temperature sections are needed for hole-plugging.
Example:100℃*40-60min. +150℃*40-60min.
