Characteristics of PR2220 R03

UV-2220 is a one-part type of etching resist ink with high precision, solvent free and 100% solid content. Its special formulation enables the ink to cure rapidly through the process of exposure to VU ray. It is mainly used for production of single /double sided boards.

Specification

Tack dry window: Coat the ink on ground copper(22μm for dryed film) and pre-bake it. Developed by 1% Na₂CO₃(aq), 30℃,2kg/cm², 60secs, and no scum occurs after development.

Note:
*Store the ink in a cool place between 10-25℃.
*Use this ink in places to avoid any fire or flame.
*If contact with eyes or skin,rinse with plenty of water. Do not wash with any solvent.
