Characteristics of PR2201 Series

PR2201 Series are the thermal curable solder resist ink which be used on single ,double and multilayer circuit board. The main components of which are epoxy resin, solvent, filler and pigment.

1. Two-pack type ink, have a long shelf life before adding the hardener.
2. Excellent in heat resistance, electrical insulation, adhesion,hardness and chemical resistance,can catch the IPC-Class-III and UL 94V-0.
3. Use the high boiling point and low vaporization solvent.
4. Add the diluter to adjust the right viscosity.
